Attended Vins du Beaujolais wine dinner and met with Marketing Director of Inter-Beaujolais. He said that Beaujolais wine is a very friendly wine & it can be matched with different cuisines, instead of French cuisine only. He is so adventurous that he picks Sichuan cuisine to try with us. 🔥And he cannot take spicy 🌶 food! Tried 6 Beaujolais red wines made with 100% Gamay, from fruity style to complex style with sweet spices & licorice style, and mix & match the wine & Sichuan food that u like! Cheers! 🎉🍷
